Thang Vu Duong
Dr. Thang Vu Duong is a senior expert and awarded telecoms leader at France Telecom/Orange Labs, working on NGN, multiplay IP-based network, mobile data network and infrastructure for Content delivery for more than 14 years. Since 2008, he is director of an Orange Labs strategic program, including the delivery of any type of content (audio, video, files) over any type of access (mobile, wireless, fixed) to any type of customer (mass and enterprise markets).
Beforehand, he received the B.Sc., M.Sc. and awarded Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Telecommunications from respectively Hanoi University of Technology, the French-speaking Institute for Computer Science (Hanoi) and ENSEEIHT (a leading French 'Grande Ecole' specializing in technology). He also contributes to the definition of NGN & IPTV & CDN architectures for standardization (ITU-T, ETSI's TISPAN, Open IPTV Forum, etc.).
