Natali Delic
Ms. Natali Delic is Head of Department for development of residential customers services in Commercial Division of Telekom Srbija. In this capacity, since September 2008, she has been managing new service and product offers as well as enhancements of existing product portfolio for residential market segment, covering mobile and landline telephony and Internet services, VAS portfolio,
mCommerce and eCommerce and multimedia services such as IPTV, WEB TV and Mobile TV. One of her major responsibilities is aligning commercial and technical views on services and designing new services and products.
Prior to this position for 3 years she worked as a developer and then 5 years as IT manager and project manager for many research and development projects in areas of value added services and mCommerce and eCommerce solutions in Mobile Division of Telekom Serbia.
