Metin Salt
Metin Salt is heading a research and development company, part of Vestel which is a worldwide consumer electronics group. He has also been elected president of Turkish IPTV Association. Salt has been working for creating and developing a healthy online TV sector domestically as well as designing innovative products and systems in video processing and connectivity area globally in his company. His company has created Pixellence video engine and IC, focusing on enhancement, motion processing and 3D with holding around 100 patents. His company owns and operates one Smart TV portal, managing content, applications, subscription and advertisement. Salt regularly writes technology columns and participates in Industry Advisory Boards of some universities.
