Irina Mihalscu Cazacu
Irina currently serves as IPTV Product Development Manager for Romtelecom. Since 2008 she has played a key role by leading and supporting the definition, development and implementation of the IPTV service launched by Romtelecom on May 17th 2010.
Since January 2011 she is leading the IPTV Product Development with a specific focus in several key areas: defining and implementing the product development roadmap; identifying and implementing new marketing strategies for increasing new service features awarness and take-up rates. She is also playing an active role in ensuring the alligment of IPTV and DTH product development strategies within Romtelecom and DT group.
