Pixsan Digital Software is a Digital TV embedded Software Vendor. We develop and licence technologies for DVB-x middleware, multi-stream DVR recorders and iDTVs. Specialist capabilities include broadcast interactive including MHEG5 and other DSM-CC delivery systems. We are the exclusive European representative for Avtrex Inc.

As a Broadcast DVB Software provider for STB’s and TV’s, we specialise in hybrid IPTV and OTT solutions for MHEG, HbbTV, CTV etc. The “Elgist” DVB stack can be integrated with a number of streaming platforms and the Avtrex solution comes pre-formed for hybrid broadcast + IP capabilities but also as separate media player with associated application modules with a number of IP video services and apps pre-integrated.
Our OTT IPTV expertise now includes MHEG-IC core technologies, W3C browser integration, HbbTV project delivery, HTTPS, ABR and store/forward, Multi format Media Players, DRM integration, testing and approval.
Pixsan offers high grade but agile QA processes to ensure reliable and dependable delivery of Set Top Boxes, Recorders and iDTV’s to Brand manufacturers, OEM’s, distributors, operators and retailers.
